Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (Healthcare)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Shift: Monday β Friday | 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-Based Only)
Contract Duration: Through December 19, 2026
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a background in clinical or hospital environments, who is passionate about project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and coordinate internal and external release cadences (every 2 weeks)
β’ Schedule and lead cadence meetings
β’ Support various project-related tasks and meetings
β’ Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure timely execution
β’ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment
β’ Assist Project Manager and PMO leadership with document management and scheduling
β’ Track deliverables and assist with approval processes
β’ Coordinate PMO/project meetings, logistics, and communication tools
β’ Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items
β’ Support subcontractor/vendor coordination
Required Qualifications:
β’ Associate degree or higher (preferably in Project Management or a related field)
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience managing projects, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to lead large, cross-functional meetings
β’ Basic project management knowledge: task organization, progress tracking, and team coordination
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
β’ Long-term availability through the end of 2026
β’ Experience with SharePoint and MS Server software
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred:
β’ PMP Certification
β’ Experience managing small to medium-sized projects independently
