Knowledge of Tax system
FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS application knowledge (TX, IM, ST, AM, RM, SC, HX and GN)
ITSM (Incident, Release, Change)
Serena ChangeMan Deployment tool
IBM OnDemand Admin or working knowledge.
GoAnywhere working knowledge desired.
