IT Procurement Coordinator (Buyer)

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing IT procurement, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle processes. You will ensure efficient purchasing, accurate asset tracking, and compliance with company policies. This will help support business operations and improve overall efficiency.

What you’ll do
IT Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and services
Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, pricing, and delivery timelines
Create and manage purchase orders in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics)
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows
IT Asset & Lifecycle Management
Track and manage IT assets (laptops, peripherals, software licenses)
Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment provisioning & retrieval)
Monitor asset utilization and recommend optimization strategies
License & Subscription Management
Track software licenses and renewals
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements
Partner with IT teams to forecast software needs
Reporting & Cost Control
Prepare spend analysis and cost reports
Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain accurate ERP data for reporting and audits
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance and Operations teams
Support internal stakeholders with procurement and asset-related requests
Ensure smooth coordination across departments
What you’ll bring
2-5 years of experience in procurement, IT operations, or asset management
Experience handling IT hardware, SaaS tools, or software licensing
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, data tracking)
Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder management
Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
