IT Network Lead
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field of study.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer and Infrastructure or in a similar role.
Provide technical advice for integrating control systems at a higher level.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and architecture (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, VLAN).
Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Experience with network monitoring tools.
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently.
Experience implementing and maintaining redundancy, failover, and high-availability solutions.

Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
Support global operations with reliable and secure network connectivity.

Lead and supervise the IT Network team to ensure optimal network performance.
