About the position
The IT Maintenance Technician position in Brownwood involves essential functions related to the delivery, setup, and maintenance of computer hardware. The technician will be involved in cable and line drops, printing and maintaining barcodes, and performing other related duties as assigned. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often at heights using lifts. The technician must also be available for a rotating on-call schedule to address after-hours issues, ensuring that all IT maintenance needs are met promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
