This role requires a hands-on leader who not only drives strategy but is deeply involved in execution—mentoring team members, optimizing systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and leadership teams.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a high-performing technical operations teamOversee infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), back-end systems, integrations, and cloud-based operationsMentor and coach engineers and tech leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and teamsEnsure the security, reliability, and scalability of our systemsOwn and improve key technical processes and automation initiativesActively contribute to architecture, design, and development of operational tools and platformsTools & Technologies:Remote Monitoring and Management: N-ableSecurity: S1, AdluminPSA / Service Desk: AutotaskANetwork and Cloud Monitoring ToolsVPN ToolsRequirements:Strong infrastructure experience across on-premises and cloud servicesDeep expertise in Microsoft cloud-based solutions, particularly IntuneProven security background across enterprise environmentsStrong scripting, automation, and systems integration experienceDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence technical teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in a senior leadership role (Director/Senior Director level or equivalent)This is a high-impact role for a technical leader ready to roll up their sleeves, shape the direction of infrastructure and operations, and be a trusted leader within a growing tech organization.#LI-NC1
