Required Skills & Experience...
Ā 1- 4 years of experience , Engineer and implement the following technologies: Wireless, VOIP, Data routing/switching, call routing technologies, infrastructure, and cabling services.
Ā Manage 30-35+ projects of various sizes and types.
Ā Ability to determine hardware requirements such as a switch, router, UPS, and access points needed for a job.
Ā Provide information needed to 3rd party wireless designers to design wireless layout when applicable.
Ā Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, etc.).
Ā Knowledge of project/task management systems preferred. (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project)
Ā coordination of voice, data, and wireless technologies preferred.
Ā Ensure infrastructure cabling, wiring closet (MDF/IDF), and hardware installations are accurate and meet standards and are certified to local and national specifications.
Ā Ensure timely and accurate documentation and tracking of work-order activities in defined enterprise tools. To include completion of all tasks (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project).
