Ā Assist other analysts, consultants, and managers with complex analysis.

Ā Share technical expertise with others and recommend process improvements.

Ā Provide functional advice or training to less experienced financial analysts.
Requirements
Ā Broad knowledge of core Finance principles and basic understanding of the corporate accounting process (forecast, invoicing, chargeback, accruals, etc.), preferably with experience in IT.

Ā Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver output exercising judgment and discretion consistently.

Ā Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
,
Ā 5+ years' experience in accounting and finance preferred, with some financial management experience required.

Ā Strong analytical and quantitative data-analysis skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Ā Strong to expert skills in data transformation using MS Excel or Access.

Ā Ability to work well both independently and in teams.

Ā Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
