IT Engineer (100% Remote FTE- MDM Intune/Azure/M365)

Information Technology Engineer- 100% Remote (Intune MDM, M365, Azure) Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader is seeking an IT Engineer to join their team in a remote, full-time capacity. This engineer will have experience in Intune device management and M365 administration. In addition, in this small environment, they will be responsible for various levels of troubleshoot and end user support as well. Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for internal users, escalating to vendors as necessary. • Help to implement and set up Intune for mobile device management • Troubleshoot various infrastructure issues- systems, network, etc.- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc. • Maintain M365 tools and platforms- Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc. • Help in Azure cloud projects- Entra ID, VM's, and various other cloud services • Work with various internal IT teams in a smaller environment "wearing many hats" Apply today if your background includes: • Ability to work a fully remote role (working EST/CST hours) • Can wear many hats- leading technical projects but also providing technical and end user support • Intune experience- configuration of the platform and enrollment of new and existing devices • M365 administration and management- OneDrive, Exchange Online, Sharepoint • Microsoft and any Azure cloud experience- Entra ID, Group Policy, RBAC, VM's, etc • Any scripting or automation background- Powershell, Azure DevOps, Terraform, etc • Strong culture fit and ability to work in a small team supporting many different IT functions Apply tot his job
