Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Create professional, impactful CVs for IT professionals, effectively showcasing technical skills, programming languages, frameworks, and project experience
ā¢ Write engaging job advertisements for technology roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) that attract qualified candidates
ā¢ Translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling job descriptions
ā¢ Collaborate with IT recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored content
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Language Proficiency: C2 level English or native speaker
ā¢ Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with no tolerance for errors
ā¢ AI Experience: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI writing tools
ā¢ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT terminology, and technology roles
Preferred Qualifications
