IT Consultant[Salesforce Developer] [Remote]

Position : DEV : IT Consultant 1 / ITC1 Location : Columbus OH (Remote Role) Visa : Any Visa except CPT TN and GCC (PP number is mandatory to fetch I94) Interview Type : Video interview As a Salesforce developer you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives create customer workflows & troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms (Classic Lightning) application development skills & the ability to solve complex software problems. Serve as technical lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development. Maintain the security & integrity of the Salesforce platform. Research Salesforce release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases. Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform. Create timelines & estimates for project work. Troubleshoot & fix bugs. Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing & ensure requirements are met. Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements. Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with project managers to update progress. Proactively & independently determine tasks for projects without guidance from manager or project manager. Design & architect applications to meet business needs & work with Business Analysts to present solutions to stakeholders. Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.
