IT Consultants

We are seeking experienced Network Consultants, IT Consultants, Cloud Consultants, AI Consultants, and IT Support Consultants to join our team at ITRegulators, Inc., a managed service provider (MSP). The ideal candidates will provide comprehensive services to our diverse client base. Responsibilities • Network Consultants: Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructures for clients. Troubleshoot complex network issues, including connectivity, security, and performance. • IT Consultants: Provide strategic technology guidance to clients, helping them align IT solutions with their business goals. Manage IT projects, from planning and implementation to post-project support. • Cloud Consultants: Architect, deploy, and manage multi-cloud solutions on platforms like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and others. Migrate client on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. • AI Consultants: Advise clients on integrating AI technologies to improve business processes and create new opportunities. Develop, deploy, and manage AI models and solutions, including machine learning and automation. • IT Support Consultants: Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor client systems and perform proactive maintenance to prevent downtime. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of equivalent education and professional experience. • Proven experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Azure, etc.) are highly desirable. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
