We are looking for an IT Compliance Manager to join our team at Original Equipment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards for regulatory compliance within IT functions, as well as conducting regular assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implementing controls to mitigate these risks.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in IT compliance or risk managementManaged at least two compliance projects that involved coordinating cross-functional teams and implementing compliance frameworksBenefitsCompensation package - 14th salaries plus performance bonusLunch Allowance - in line with local regulationFlexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work.Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly.Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries).Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism).
