IT Client Support Technician - California

This includes network optimization guidance, browser, and other technology assistance.âEstablishing relationships with the clientâs IT staff to consult on hardware, software, and security.âSupporting our employees with laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and applications.âSupporting our annual client conferences.âWorking closely with our product owners, business analysts, and system administrators.You will interact with customers and colleagues in person or by chat, help tickets, email, or phone. This position requires 20-30% travel to client locations, and working from home for the remainder of the time. This position is open to US-based applicants located in California.
