IT Change & Communications Specialist, EU based (Remote)

We are seeking a Technical Consultant / IT Change & Communications Specialist to join the Digital Workplace Services (DWS) Engagement Team. The focus of this role is to translate complex IT updates into clear, user-friendly communication and ensure successful adoption of Microsoft 365 features across the organization. This is not a marketing position, but rather an internal communications and change enablement role with a strong IT flavour. Location: Full Remote (EU-based) End Date: 4+ months (with extension) Engagement: Full-time Language: German & English (both required) Contract Type: B2B Key Responsibilities • Work in Scrum environment and take ownership of assigned communication deliverables each sprint. • Develop user-centric content (emails, toolkits, SharePoint guides, learning materials) that explain IT changes in simple language. • Launch and maintain new communication channels to inform employees about Microsoft 365 evergreen updates. • Prepare content for information sessions and trainings, ensuring engagement from end users and managers. • Collaborate closely with IT Engagement team to gather requirements, showcase deliverables, and incorporate feedback. • Ensure consistent, timely, and accessible communication across the organization about digital workplace tools and new features. Required Skills • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, corporate communications, user/employee experience, design thinking, or change management • Experience working in complex multinational environments • Ability to understand IT processes and translate them into simple, user-friendly communication • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in German and English Apply tot his job
