Seeking a Product Owner/Business Operations Manager, with hands-on experience in the healthcare and clinical field, for one of our clients. Job Title: Business Operations Manager / Product Owner – Healthcare Overview: We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of operational business processes and technology solutions within the healthcare domain. This role bridges business strategy, technology, and execution—ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, and alignment with enterprise objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational business requirements and technology solutions that support optimal process design and performance. • Align business and product strategy with effective design, development, and lifecycle management of operational capabilities. • Drive delivery of financially sound, scalable solutions that enable internal business efficiency and external product success. • Lead cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. • Represent the vision, define scope, and prioritize initiatives across business units. • Develop business artifacts including use cases, project plans, financial assessments, staffing analysis, and executive summaries. • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and design process improvements. • Communicate complex data and recommendations clearly to executive and senior leadership. • Champion continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and effective adoption of new capabilities. Required Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance data analysis, business operations, or application development. • Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in both direct and matrixed environments. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions using data. • Excellent prioritization, organization, and communication skills. • Experience developing business documentation and presenting insights to C-suite stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to facilitate teams through process design, impact analysis, and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience writing detailed, unambiguous business and functional requirements. • Background in researching and defining user and business needs. • Understanding of development methodologies and enterprise operational systems. • Experience within Enterprise Clinical Services or healthcare operations. • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution. • Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across diverse teams without formal authority.
