IT Analyst

Join Similarweb’s MIS (Management Information Systems) team in Prague and help us build and scale internal systems that power operations across HR, Finance, Legal, and GTM. We're looking for an Engineering Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and data—and who’s excited to bring structure and innovation to complex internal workflows. From integrations to AI-powered automation, this is a hands-on, high-impact role. What you’ll do Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions Design, document, and lead cross-system implementations (Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, etc.) Own and manage end-to-end MIS solutions—from requirements to delivery and support Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, GTM, R&D, and more Work closely with MIS engineering and integration teams to drive execution Contribute to AI-powered initiatives using orchestration frameworks and automation tools Support data architecture, process automation, and solution scalability What you bring 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or Technical Business Analyst Strong hands-on skills in SQL – queries, optimization, data design Understanding of internal business domains: Finance, HR, CRM, Legal Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SuccessFactors, NetSuite) Track record managing cross-team technical projects or system integrations Familiarity with AI-driven tools or orchestration platforms is a big plus Structured approach to process modeling, data flows, and documentation Fluent English (Czech is a plus) Why you’ll love it here Work on real, business-critical systems that drive day-to-day operations Combine classic system design with modern tech like AI and automation Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the whole company Join a supportive, innovative environment with global scale and local impact What you’ll get MacBook Pro M4 and all tools you need Hybrid model – 3 days onsite at DOCK IN (Prague 8), 2 days remote 25 days of vacation + birthday off + 3 sick days Meal vouchers, Multisport card, snacks & drinks in the office Friendly culture, regular events, and global collaboration Learning and growth – from AI projects to internal mobility Ready to help us build smarter internal systems and lead tech solutions that matter?
