One Data Streaming Platform.About the Role:We are looking for a passionate ISV Partner Specialist to impact the ISV “flywheel” motions that drive high growth for Confluent. This individual will be critical to Confluent’s ISV Partner GTM team and will support co-sell activities for our strategic ISV partners like MongoDB, Databricks, and SAP.As a ISV Partner Specialist, you will own ISV co-sell pipeline integrity, deal registration, regional sales engagement with ISV partners, and other ISV Partner GTM programsWhat You Will Do:Lead all aspects of Confluent’s ISV Partner Portal including registrations, win reports, pipeline reports etc.Work closely with Confluent’s ISV Partner Team and Confluent’s direct sales team to execute joint GTM StrategyDrive proactive engagement to ISV sales teams to 1) create new sales pipeline and 2) accelerate existing sales pipelineConfirm data accuracy and maintain integrity of partner sourced and partner influenced leadsAccount mapping and sales team connectionsOwn and evangelize our joint value propositionsWhat You Will Bring:Self-motivated, innovative, and passionate individual with excellent business acumen3-5 years of direct sales and/or partner sales experience in a Cloud / SaaS environmentAbility to internalize joint value propositions and present to Partner stakeholdersTrack-record of cosell activity and engagementOrganized and internally driven with the ability to navigate and execute across multiple teams in a fast-moving organizationExceptional written and verbal communicationExhibits a growth mindset, curiosity, and ambitionAbility to collaborate as part of a cross functional team and work independently.Experience working with ISV partners and their partner portalsExperience with SFDCReady to build what's next?
