Description
We are looking to add a Bench Manager to our outdoors Portfolio! As a Outdoor Resort Bench Manager, you will travel and fulfill open management positions at different properties throughout our portfolio. This position may require flexible scheduling availability

Job Requirements:Willing to travel and fulfill open General Manager/Assistant General Manager positions at different outdoor brands Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin for propertyAccurately forecast revenue/cost problems and manages the timing of discretionary expenditures to utilize cash flowAnalyze financial and operational information on an ongoing basis to adjust business plans, labor requirements, and operating costs Ensure property staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables and that these procedures are regularly followedOversee and account for balancing of RV income nightlySigns off on bank deposits and forwards RV income report on a nightly basisIdentifies major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problemsAssist team leaders in meeting and exceeding AOS goalsPeriodically inspect grounds, vacation rentals, building exterior, parking lot, etc.Manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actionsJob Qualifications:4 years of property management/outdoor resort experience is preferredHighly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to work well in stressful situationsReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest serviceValid Driver's License requiredAbility to travel up to 100% of the work scheduleClose proximity to major airport preferred The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
