JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a licensed Canadian immigration professional—either: a Canadian Lawyer in good standing with a provincial Law Society, OR an RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)— to review our company documents and issue a formal attestation letter on professional letterhead. This attestation will be used for legal and administrative purposes in Nigeria to clarify the legitimacy of a Canadian corporation and the immigration pathways available to its shareholders.SCOPE OF WORKThe selected professional will: 1. Review the following documents: Certificate of Incorporation (British Columbia) Notice of Articles Share Certificates issued to shareholders Corporate records confirming directorship & officer roles BCeID confirmation (if needed) Invitation letter and business description of the Canadian entity 2. Verify the Following Statements: You will confirm—based on your professional assessment—that: ✔The Canadian company is duly registered and active (create a statement referencing the BC Corporate Registry) ✔The share certificates are authentic, compliant, and valid under Canadian corporate law (BC Business Corporations Act) ✔The shareholders listed have legitimate ownership standing in the company ✔ With these documents, the individuals possess sufficient corporate ties to support an application for: Business Visitor Visa (Business Travel under IRPR) Potential future LMIA-based pathways (if applicable) ✔The structure of establishing a Canadian company and assigning shares is a legitimate approach for business expansion, exploration, or future immigration planning—NOT fraudulent or prohibited under IRCC policy.3.
