Job Description IoT Platform Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IoT Platform Engineer to design, test, and certify networking solutions that integrate IoT endpoints into enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in routing and switching technologies, strong knowledge of Cisco systems, and a current CCIE certification. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and management teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop lab frameworks to connect IoT endpoints to campus/branch networks Certify underlying hardware, software features, and endpoint functionality Identify various communication scenarios between edge and end devices Design and execute test cases for data gathering, aggregation, and analytics Apply SD-Access (SDA), 802.1x, NAC, TrustSec, and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) capabilities Utilize Cisco IOS-XE products and segmentation configurations Collaborate closely with engineering teams and leadership Deliver clear and professional documentation and presentations Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field Minimum 7 years of experience in Network Routing (WAN Technology) 10+ years of experience as an IoT Platform Engineer CCIE Certification is required Deep hands-on expertise with: Routing & Switching Cisco SD-Access 802.1x / NAC TrustSec Cisco IOS-XE Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development support.
