Investor Service Analyst

The Investor Services analyst plays a critical role in providing services to clients, managing investor documentation, and ensuring efficient client service operations.ResponsibilitiesAcknowledge and respond to client inquiries in a prompt manner while coordinating with internal and external teams, as neededReview and process investor on-boarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, and AML documentation)Review and process subsequent investor activity and changes to investor static data (Partner transfers, name changes, contact and wire instruction updates)Maintain investor records across multiple internal and external systemsPrepare and review ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, and capital activity notices for sponsor funds and investorsPrepare investor audit confirmations and monthly recurring deliverablesDisseminate fund & investor correspondence (capital call, distribution, partner capital statement and other sponsor communications) across various investor portal platformsTrack incoming capital call wires and prepare capital distributions payments across various client accountsEnsure all work is completed in line with the service level agreementLiaise with the client service team to ensure efficient and excellent client service experience for Gen II’s sponsorsEnsure deliverables are executed in line with Gen II best practices, policies, and proceduresParticipate in special projectsOperate efficiently in a deadline-driven, high volume, and everchanging environmentSkillsBachelor's degree; degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus0-2 years' experience in the financial services IndustryProficiency with Microsoft 365Strong organizational and analytical skillsDemonstrate strong customer service/client relationship skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects with differing deadlinesImpeccable attention to detailsExcellent verbal and written communicationsAll applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPrivate Equity or Hedge Fund Investor Services background a plusExperience with Investor Portals (Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision) a plusExperience with Allvue CRM a plusBenefitsDiscretionary bonusComprehensive benefits packageCompany OverviewGen II Fund Services provides highly customized, client-centric accounting and administrative services to the private equity industry.
