We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Investment Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Assist in underwriting deals, negotiating terms, and facilitating transactions.
• Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and networking.
• Transaction Management: Work closely with clients, attorneys, and escrow teams to ensure smooth closings.
