Provide guidance and support to junior analysts in the team. Conduct stress tests and scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential market events on investment portfolios. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve risk management processes and systems. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risk issues to senior management. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure risk management practices are in line with company policies and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, clients, and regulatory bodies. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
