Investment Pricing Lead Specialist

KeyBank is a financial services company seeking an Investment Pricing Lead Specialist to support pricing activities for investments held by Key Private Bank clients. The role involves monitoring pricing interfaces, reviewing investment valuation statements, and assisting with process improvements to ensure accurate pricing of securities. Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate and timely pricing of securities on Global Plus accounting system Monitors daily automated pricing interfaces and reporting Reviews alternative investment valuation statements and updates pricing based on analysis Works to identify pricing alternatives for securities that are not priced through automation Develops and maintains relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external investment managers, line of business partners, and operations personnel Inputs data into accounting system in a timely and accurate manner Identifies, initiates, and develops process improvement opportunities. Works with department leadership team to implement improvements Assists with departmental projects Updates and maintain policies and procedures Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and the bank Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities, and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned, at any time, with or without notice Participate in Business Reviews and Continuous Improvement initiatives Provide problem solving ability as well as support to others with problem solving Provide proactive client service Work in a team environment and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality, speed and productivity within the department Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business-related area or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year of work experience in the financial services industry Experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word) required Basic to Intermediate Excel skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong detail focus Ability to learn detailed processes quickly and function independently with limited supervision Excellent research and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to Deliver the Key Difference through strong client focus and service Strong work ethic High energy and drive Excellent written and verbal communications skills Effective time management associated with daily and non-daily assignments Proven ability to adapt as organization, business environment and/or customer expectations change Investment operations experience is helpful Company Overview At KeyBank we’ve made a promise to our clients that they will always have a champion in us.
