About the position
As an Investment Consultant in the Wealth Management Advisory Center at U.S. Bank, you will provide personalized financial consulting services primarily through telephone interactions. Your role involves managing incoming calls, proactively contacting clients to assess their financial situations, and recommending suitable financial products. You will focus on client acquisition and leverage technology to enhance client interactions, all while working in a hybrid model that allows for remote work two days a week.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized financial consulting services through telephone conversations.

Manage a queue of incoming calls and proactively contact clients to assess their financial situations.

Recommend financial products that align with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and tax exposure.

Source clients through referrals from U.S. Bank and other sources, without cold prospecting.

Conduct consultative goal-based conversations with clients over the phone.
,
Leverage technology to enhance client interactions and achieve investment objectives.

Refer clients to appropriate services when products are not suitable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
,
At least six months of experience in financial services, investments, or a related field.
,
One to two years of experience in a financial sales position.
,
FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 (partially licensed candidates considered).

Strong analytical skills to assess client needs.
,
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software packages.
,
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
