Key Responsibilities: • Originate and lead complex M&A and capital raising transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates. • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives. • Drive business development efforts to expand the firm's presence in target sectors. • Oversee deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and closing, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. • Mentor and manage junior bankers, fostering a high-performance team culture. • Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market positioning. Qualifications: • 8+ years of investment banking experience with a strong track record in M&A and/or private placements. • Established relationships within healthcare and/or financial services sectors. • Proven ability to originate and close transactions independently. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced credentials preferred.
