Bachelors degree at 2+ years of investment banking experience
Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
M&A transaction experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for Minnesota, Massachusetts, and New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
