About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Inventory Systems Analyst to support a leading telecom and network infrastructure provider. This role focuses on reworking and optimizing the item master in Oracle Cloud Fusion and improving integration with the procurement catalog. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in inventory systems, a collaborative mindset, and a strong understanding of ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Item Master Oversight: Lead the optimization and accuracy of the Oracle Cloud Fusion item master.
• Procurement Collaboration: Partner with the procurement team to enhance the purchasing catalog and ensure inventory alignment.
• Data Analysis: Conduct audits, generate reports, and monitor inventory trends to inform operational improvements.
• Process Improvement: Drive strategies for demand forecasting, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• System Optimization: Work with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance Oracle Cloud Fusion modules related to inventory and procurement.
• Training & Support: Deliver training and best practice guidance on system functions to internal users.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of inventory systems experience, with at least 2 years using Oracle Cloud Fusion
• Strong experience managing item master data and partnering with procurement teams
• Deep understanding of inventory and procurement workflows
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud Fusion inventory/purchasing modules
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
US Based role. We require candidates without the need for sponsorship to work in the US

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
