About the position

We’re hiring! Two’s Company is looking for an Inventory Planning & Purchasing Analyst to join our team in Elmsford, NY. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing sales trends, optimizing inventory performance, and helping drive smart purchasing decisions. If you have experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning, or purchasing, we’d love to connect. About Two’s Company At Two’s Company, we bring beauty, style, and inspiration to life through our industry-leading collections of home décor, fashion accessories, and gifts. As a recognized leader in the gift and decorative accessory wholesale market, we are known for our distinctive designs and commitment to quality. Inventory Planning & Purchasing Analyst We’re looking for a data-driven inventory professional who enjoys working with sales data, identifying trends, and turning analysis into smarter purchasing decisions. In this role, you’ll help ensure the right products are available at the right time by forecasting demand, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with factory partners and internal teams. Responsibilities
• Partner with leadership to monitor inventory performance and recommend actions to support sales, margin, and inventory health
• Analyze item-level sales trends to forecast demand and recommend purchasing decisions
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to support consistent product availability
• Communicate regularly with factory partners to ensure timely production and delivery
• Review and prepare factory invoices for payment
• Maintain accurate item master data to support reporting, sales analysis, and inventory valuation
• Provide insights on sales and product trends to help improve inventory performance
• Support product selections for catalogs and sales supplements

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, inventory purchasing, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills: NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who enjoys working with data and collaborating across teams

Benefits
• Be part of an iconic brand known for design excellence and innovation
• Work with a supportive and collaborative team that values creativity and integrity
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and subsidized travel expenses
• Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility and balance
