This is a high‑impact role with strong visibility, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and district teams nationwide. What you’ll do: Lead company‑wide inventory SOPs and controls Analyze inventory data, variances, and shrinkage trends Partner with Finance on valuation, reconciliations, and audit readiness Travel (~40%) to support cycle counts, spot checks, and best‑practice adoption Drive inventory reporting, KPIs, and process improvements across locations What we’re looking for: 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or operations roles Strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite a plus) Experience with SOPs, cycle counts, and perpetual inventory systems Ability to work independently in a multi‑site environment Travel: ~ 50% during implementation of ERP / Up to 40% after implementation of ERP If you enjoy blending strategy, data, and hands‑on operational impact , we’d love to hear from you.
