Key Responsibilities Daily Inventory Maintenance: Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis using manual methods or handheld scanners. Inventory Reconciliation: Research and reconcile daily inventory variances to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement. SAP System Reconciliation: Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system to ensure data integrity. Product Management: Identify and report close-dated products to prevent inventory obsolescence. Cross-Functional Training: Be flexible and willing to cross-train across inventory functions, including raw materials, QI holds, and SAP to Basis. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners to ensure seamless inventory management. Essential Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred. Experience: 0-3 years of warehouse/inventory experience required; prior auditing experience preferred. Technical Skills: Strong computer and database skills, with proficiency in SAP software a plus. Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately count and reconcile inventory. Communication Skills: Ability to read and follow directions, with effective communication skills. Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a high degree of self-motivation. Preferred Qualifications Forklift Certification: Forklift certification preferred, with the ability to operate warehouse equipment. SAP Knowledge: SAP knowledge preferred, with experience working with inventory management systems.
