Overview: This is a fully remote School Psychologist 1099 contract position. VocoVision presents the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development through comprehensive virtual assessment, consultation, and intervention services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions that enhance students learning and development.
Provide virtual counseling and crisis intervention services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
Participate in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions to advocate for students needs and ensure appropriate services are provided.
Stay updated on best practices and research in school psychology, particularly in virtual service delivery methods.
Maintain precise and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and communications with students, families, and school staff.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
Possess an active Maryland licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Preferably have experience with virtual service delivery platforms and telepractice technologies.
Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
