We are looking for Freelance Recruiters to conduct video coaching sessions and to contribute to a growing community of like-minded people. Ultimately, you’ll employ your specialized skills and vast experience to help job seekers nail that nerve-wrecking upcoming interview. Whether it’s the first interview with a recruiter, a case study, a final interview with the hiring manager or a session to finalize the job offer and negotiate a desirable package, you will act as a coach and sparring partner, offering tips and direct feedback so that job seekers could build confidence and nail that interview! We are looking for “T-shaped” recruiters: those of you who have gained experience in multiple industries/different size companies/in house or in an agency but specialize either in a specific function (tech, sales, marketing etc) and/or in a specific target group (eg diverse hires, graduates, executives). You are respected by your community of practice, come highly recommended by candidates you placed and hiring managers you partnered with and demonstrate a passion to help others achieve their career goals. Location: You could be based anywhere and benefit from full flexibility, for example the coaching sessions could take place late in the evening or on the weekend, some weeks you might just want to plan one or two sessions etc. What’s next: apply for this opportunity with your CV.
