Roar Media, a leading full-service integrated marketing agency headquartered in Miami, is now accepting applications for our U.S. Internship Program — a 10-week, remote opportunity for motivated college students to gain real-world experience in Digital Advertising and Paid Media.
This unpaid internship is for academic credit only and is designed to give students practical exposure to client work, mentorship from industry professionals, and insights into a fast-paced agency environment. Interns will be assigned to our Paid Media department but will also interact with cross-functional teams to get a comprehensive view of agency life.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Track and analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support campaign reporting, dashboards, and client-facing presentations
• Help monitor KPIs and assist with ad hoc requests to support daily operations
What You’ll Gain:
• Hands-on experience supporting real Paid Media client campaigns
• An inside look into paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization
• Collaboration with account services, creative, social, PR, and digital teams
• Training on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Exposure to campaign setup, budget pacing, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
• The opportunity to earn college credit (must be confirmed through your academic institution)
• A professional letter of recommendation upon successful completion
Program Details:
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week (ideally Mon–Thurs, 5 hrs/day, flexible)
• Format: Primarily remote, with optional in-person meetups or events
• Equipment: Must use your own laptop; a Roar Media Google account will be provided
Eligibility:
• Must be currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university and eligible to receive academic credit
• While the role is remote, candidates must be based in Miami, FL, as occasional in-person meetings or events may be required
What We’re Looking For:
• Students majoring in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfort with remote work tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
