Responsibilities - Internet Sales, Customer Service:
Work on-site to answer internet and phone requests for vehicle information, pricing, availability, etc., schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with you and finalize the sale, and more.
Call and email new inquiries promptly
Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a pleasant manner, and assist customers to the best of your ability
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments, etc.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied
Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Internet Sales, Customer Service:
Sales experience preferred, bilingual is a plus
Good communication, customer service, telephone and computer skills
Call Center or BDC, Business Development Center experience is preferred
Auto dealership experience is a plus
A good work ethic and self-motivated to succeed!
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and good driving record
