Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, or chat.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while receiving ongoing training and support.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the country.
