**Job Summary**

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's travel products to direct consumers through outbound sales efforts. You will establish and maintain quality customer relationships, identify customer needs and expectations, and provide personalized recommendations to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including current fleet and ship itineraries.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects to identify travel needs and present/explain arenaflex products and make travel recommendations.
* Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to include meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers as necessary.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends.
* Proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on client travel history.
* Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities.
* Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers.
* Participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles.
* Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred. Cruise sales a plus.
* Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally.
* Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including current fleet and ship itineraries.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven.
* Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Fluency in any language other than English.
* Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat.
* Ability to work in a remote environment.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan.
* Commission pay and uncapped commission opportunities.
