International Tax Specialist (Digital Nomad / Cross-Border) – Ad Hoc Support
We’re looking for an experienced international tax specialist to provide ongoing, ad hoc guidance on cross-border tax situations.
This is not a full-service tax engagement. The goal is to have a sharp, practical expert who can sanity-check decisions, highlight risks, and offer clear direction as situations arise.
What we need help with:
- International tax considerations for digital nomads / location-independent income
- Tax residency questions across multiple jurisdictions
- Handling global income and multi-country exposure
- Reviewing plans and providing pragmatic, real-world advice
- Spotting issues early and suggesting simple, effective approaches
Ideal candidate:
- Strong experience with cross-border tax and residency planning
- Familiar with digital nomad / remote-first income structures
- Able to give clear, actionable advice (not overly theoretical)
- Comfortable working hourly / on-demand
- Independent or small firm preferred (not a large, expensive consultancy)

- Short calls or async questions as situations come up
- You’ll act as a trusted second opinion, not a full compliance provider
- Flexible, long-term relationship if it’s a good fit
