Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand and interpret complex tax laws and regulations. Lead and manage client engagements, including overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for clients in relation to their global tax operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and value. Mentor and train junior team members on international tax laws and value chain alignment strategies. Continuously stay updated on changes and developments in international tax laws and regulations. Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities. Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to share best practices and enhance service offerings. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
