International Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a passionate leader to spearhead recruiting efforts across our US & EU offices. As a pivotal member of our talent acquisition team, you will partner globally to revolutionize our recruitment processes. In partnership with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition you will guide hiring managers and department heads, ensuring we attract and secure the brightest talent in the industry, optimizing our recruitment process by analyzing and leveraging data on a consistent basis.Our ideal candidate will be able to mentor and direct recruiters as they meet Lemonade’s ambitious hiring plans. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the team as both a player and a coach. You’ll manage strategy, process, and people, but also own and lead searches as a full-cycle recruiter acting as a passionate ambassador for the brand.In this role you’ll Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to international recruiters in both the US and EU. Supporting team members through coaching, skill-building, and fostering professional growth to boost team performanceCollaborate with department heads in the US and EU to develop and execute headcount planning and forecasting that aligns with company goalsDrive succession planning to build a strong talent pipelineAct as a key partner to executive leadership, delivering workforce insights and focusing on strategic support beyond day-to-day hiringDevelop, track, and present global recruiting metrics and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership for informed decision-makingWork closely with global recruiting operations to ensure successful project execution and drive growth and international competitivenessUse advanced analytics to refine talent acquisition strategies, improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experienceApply expertise in AI and recruitment technology to innovate and optimize talent acquisition, staying ahead of industry trendsDevelop and maintain talent mapping for key international roles to enable proactive sourcing and support succession effortsPromote employer branding through job postings, social media, and participation in career events and meetupsManage recruiting budgets, including resources for travel and promotion, and contribute to financial planning and headcount analysisEstablish KPIs and goals aligned with company objectives, focusing on meaningful outcomes rather than weekly activity metricsWhat you’ll need10+ years experience in full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally within a global high-tech company, with a strong understanding of international talent markets6+ years in a managerial talent acquisition role, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing global recruitment teamsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related fieldDeep expertise in US and EU hiring practicesWillingness and commitment to work onsite in our New York City office (HQ) at least 3 days per week to ensure visible leadershipExceptional people management skills, with a proven history of effective team leadership and conflict resolutionStrong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and levels of the organizationDemonstrated high sense of urgency, balancing multiple demands in fast-paced environmentsAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AI and recruitment technologies, driving innovation and aligning practices with organizational goalsAbility to connect and engage with global teams and multiple time zones​​Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our*Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visasLemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $185,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
