Position: International Sales Director Memory Chips & Semiconductors (UK & Europe) Location: London, UK (Full Remote Work) ) Company Overview Our client is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced memory chips and semiconductor products. Their portfolio includes DRAM, SSD hard drives, embedded memory, and storage solutions integrated into laptops, mobile phones, servers, and smart electronics. Currently expanding their footprint in international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe, the company is focused on delivering cutting-edge technology, premium quality products, and reliable customer service through localized teams and strong regional partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive overseas sales strategies for memory chips and semiconductor products, focusing on the UK and European markets. Design channel expansion plans, competitive pricing models, and market response strategies aligned with market trends and customer demands. Conduct thorough market analysis of the European semiconductor industry, identifying growth opportunities in high-potential sectors such as data centers. Lead business development efforts for memory chip customers across Europe, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and distributors. Build and manage a localized sales network, promoting chip customization projects and cooperation with European partners. Oversee key customer accounts and channel partners, ensuring effective segmentation, long-term engagement, and timely payment collection. Optimize distributor management systems by implementing inventory monitoring and resolving channel conflicts to maintain pricing stability. Ensure compliance with international export controls, data privacy laws, and collaborate with legal teams to mitigate contract risks. Organize local exhibitions and technical events to strengthen product visibility and market influence. Manage and grow the London-based sales team, coordinating cross-regionally with supply chain and customer service to enhance operational efficiency. Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in microelectronics, electrical engineering, or related fields. Native-level proficiency in English is essential; additional fluency in German or French is highly advantageous. Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry, with at least 3 years focused specifically on memory chips. Experience at leading companies such as Samsung, Micron, or SK Hynix is preferred. Proven track record managing European markets for 3+ years, with deep understanding of UK business practices and client expectations. British citizenship or Chinese nationals currently residing in the UK are preferred. Candidates holding UK work visas or permanent residency status will be prioritized. Overseas work and living experience, including 0-1 years of team building and management, preferably within peer trader, agent, or original manufacturer environments. Existing relationships with UK local customers and networks across European and American markets are a strong advantage. Why This Opportunity?
