Our open-source libraries have more than 400k+ stars on Github.About the RoleAs our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with a wide variety of tasks:Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operationsLabor law matters and HR operations : Onboarding/Offboarding, relation with our external service providers (lawyers, visa providers, accountants, etc.) around the world (North America/LATAM, EMEA, APAC).Legal watch on various legal topics applied to AI: IP, privacyCorporate mattersAbout YouIdeally coming from a legal educational background, you have 3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a startup-like company. You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in solving problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are key to succeeding in a decentralized organization like ours. You also have great organizational and administrative writing skills.You care about employee experiences and understand that diversity is great, but inclusion is key.
