Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the MR division that aligns with General Electric's vision and goals.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and foster a positive work culture.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the international market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, utilizing data and analytics to make strategic decisions and adjustments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technology advancements, and market trends to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Represent General Electric at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its products.
Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion in the international market, and drive the development and execution of plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
