As part of the HIA Risk and Controls (HIA) team you are expected to provide services related to process and controls, risk assessment, and controls testing methodologies across the 3 lines of defense. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding top standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality, and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
