Intern: Sales Enablement & Research (Remote)

The intern will conduct research and analysis to inform strategic account planning, sales enablement, and client engagement efforts across ProPharma. The role will involve gathering, synthesizing, and organizing information related to priority clients, buyer groups, and market dynamics to support commercial growth and internal decision-making.Essential Functions:Conduct research on priority life sciences clients, including company backgrounds, organizational structures, and strategic focus areasSupport development of client and account profiles to inform sales and account planning effortsResearch buyer groups, functional roles, and decision-making structures within client organizations, including regional and functional perspectivesAssist with research related to enterprise procurement processes and vendor engagement models at large organizationsMonitor relevant industry news, market developments, and company announcementsSynthesize research into clear written summaries, briefs, or internal reference materialsSupport broader sales enablement and client experience initiatives as neededMaintain organized research files and trackers to support ongoing and future workPerform additional tasks and research as requestedNecessary Skills and Abilities:Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex informationIntellectually curious and comfortable working with ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently in an office environment and manage multiple workstreamsComfortable handling confidential or sensitive informationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Educational Requirements:Must be enrolled in at least junior or senior year of undergraduate studies.
