About the positionThe Intern I - Payer Analytics & Operations Contracting Analyst position at Dexcom is a summer internship designed for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of payer analytics and operations. Interns will work within the Commercial Operations department, supporting various functions such as contract management, rebate analysis, and customer communications. This role aims to develop the next generation of talent while contributing to key projects that impact the company's strategic goals in the healthcare sector.Responsibilities • Support gross-to-net submissions, including validation and reconciliation. • Assist with customer communications and dispute resolution. • Coordinate payments while ensuring deadlines and conditions in contracts are met. • Update and provide reporting on contracts, contract prices, payments, and disputes. • Help develop department SOPs that support Contracting, Payer Analytics & Operations functions. Requirements • Currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.• High school diploma/certificate or equivalent. • Exceptional attention to detail in written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in fast-paced, matrix environments managing multiple priorities. • Highly proficient with bolthires Excel and data analysis. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with Tableau and IQVIA preferred.
