This role focuses on analyzing cloud costs, developing insightful reporting, and driving initiatives to optimize cloud spend across AWS and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with experience in cloud cost management and a passion for continuous improvement in FinOps maturity.Essential Responsibilities Cloud Cost Analysis & ReportingAssist in monthly AWS/Azure cost analysis, including variance, trending, and identifying cost drivers and anomalies.Build and maintain dashboards to summarize cloud spend, providing clear visibility for leadership.Support the development and refinement of forecasting models for 2026 cloud spend across production and non-production environments.Support initiatives to optimize commitment programs, such as Savings Plans and Reserved Instances.Assist in the development of chargeback and showback models for cost accountability.Contribute to product-level cost allocation and reporting efforts.Help design and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards to track FinOps progress.Qualifications/ Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science or related fieldIntern level experience with 0-6 months of relevant project, course work or prior internship experienceInterest in cloud computing, financial analysis, or data analytics. Strong Excel/Sheets and data manipulation skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and articulate insights. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
