The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, along with knowledge in health care architecture. We are looking for a motivated team player who is organized, detail-oriented, design-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Role accountabilities:Assists in the preparation of Architectural designs and drawings including preliminary concepts and sketches Assists with preliminary analysis of codes and other regulatory requirements Assists in the preparation of permit submission packagesAssists with basic coordination of consultant activityAssists with preparation and revision of construction drawingsResearch building products for value and efficiencyAssists with the review of working drawings prepared by in-house staff or outside consultantsPrepares revisions to existing working drawings and other documents prepared by staff and/or outside consultantsAdministers and maintains all project files and drawingsAssists with the preparation of presentations, graphicsMay participate in client presentationsMay participate in marketing and business development effortsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor/Master of Architecture from an NCARB accredited institutionStrong technical competency, proficient in RevitWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $49,390 - $79,023 / per year.
