Join us for a hands-on mentorship experience led by both myself and our exceptional Property Manager in Central New York! This is a unique chance to learn every facet of the Short-Term Rental (STR) business, from deal underwriting to property optimization, revenue management, and the ins and outs of operations.
Youll also gain access to our "secret sauce" the insider strategies that set us apart in this competitive industry. And don't worry, we work hard but we also know how to have a lot of fun.
Preferred Background:
Experience in real estate, customer service, hospitality, or construction/property maintenance is a plus but not required.
What truly matters is a strong drive to learn, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements:
Reside in Central New York (CNY)
Reliable transportation
Proficiency with technology
Flexible schedule
Able to receive feedback and coaching
Ideal Candidate:
You work in a related fieldsuch as real estate, appraising, maintenance, or cleaning servicesand can continue your current role while growing into this position.
Comp:
